Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of women everywhere — in our families, our workplaces, and our communities. We also recognize the courage it takes to care for others while still learning to care for yourself.

Women are often taught to carry everything for everyone. Today is a reminder:

• Your needs matter too

• Rest is not selfish

• Setting boundaries is healthy

• Asking for support is strength

Let’s continue uplifting one another, listening to one another, and creating spaces where women feel safe, heard, and valued.
