We are so excited to bring Mindful Movement back to Center for Hope and Healing. This class will be facilitated by certified yoga instructor, Stacey Clark. Stacey’s gentle spirit, calming presence, and encouraging approach make her a beautiful fit for the philosophy and practices of Center for Hope and Healing. She creates a welcoming environment where individuals of all experience levels can feel safe, supported, and connected to both mind and body throughout the healing process.

Here’s a little bit about Stacey…

Stacey is a menopause coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher behind Zen & Strong—supporting women in midlife with strength, steadiness, and a grounded sense of ease. She blends mindful movement, mindset work, and compassionate coaching to help women navigate menopause with confidence. When she’s not teaching or coaching, you’ll find her soaking up sunshine, meditating, admiring sunflowers, reading a good book, or enjoying a little Disney magic.
