Tonight we had the opportunity to sample our new Mindful Movement Yoga class that will be offered throughout the final weeks of May—and it’s safe to say, it received a full thumbs up from all of us.
We are so grateful to welcome Stacey Clark to our team. Her gentle spirit, calming presence, and kind, steady motivation create exactly the kind of space we strive for—one where individuals can safely reconnect with themselves.
This class beautifully supports the mind-body connection, reminding us that healing doesn’t just happen through words—it happens through movement, breath, and awareness. For many, yoga becomes another pathway to process and release the impact of trauma in a safe and empowering way.
