Safer Internet Day | February 11, 2026 ![]()
The internet can be a powerful place for learning, connection, and creativity—but it also comes with risks, especially for children and teens. Today is a reminder to pause and talk about online safety, digital boundaries, and respectful behavior in virtual spaces.
Safer Internet Day encourages us to:
Protect personal information
Practice respectful communication
Recognize unsafe or inappropriate content
Know when and how to ask for help
Open, judgment-free conversations between parents and kids make a huge difference. Ask what apps they’re using, who they’re talking to, and how they feel about their online experiences.
If online stress, cyberbullying, or exposure to harmful content is impacting your child’s mental health, support is available. Our therapists work with children, teens, and families to build coping skills, confidence, and healthy digital habits.

Together, we can help young people stay safe, supported, and empowered—both online and off. ![]()
