PTSD Awareness Week ![]()
Today is a regulation and recharge day. Not every healing moment is loud or visible. Sometimes recovery looks like rest, quiet, boundaries, deep breaths, hydration, movement, grounding, or simply giving your nervous system a chance to feel safe again.
Living with PTSD can mean carrying stress long after the danger has passed. That’s why emotional regulation and intentional rest matter. Healing is not laziness. Slowing down is not failure. Taking care of yourself is part of recovery.
This week, let’s choose compassion over judgement — for ourselves and for others whose battles may not be visible.
Rest. Reset. Regulate. Recharge.
